Orders of in stock items are shipped usually within 48 hours Monday thru Friday. If a product is on back order we will email you and let you know when we expect to get that item in. We ship UPS Ground for most items, but some small items may go United States Postal. You can expect to receive your order in about 4 to 8 days with standard shipping with in the Continental United States Shipping out of the Continental United States will have additional charges.

Although we try our best to keep our most popular items in stock, in some instances we must backorder items. In most cases, we will be able to alert you that an item is out of stock shortly after your order has been placed. However, occasionally we do not know that an item is out of stock until the order is completely processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we assure you that your credit card will not be charged for the item until it is shipped. You may cancel backordered items at any time without worrying about credit card or account charges. Usually, backorders are filled within 3 to 6 weeks from the time the order is received. Occasionally, suppliers put items out of print or discontinued. When this is the case, we will notify you immediately.
